Here is the procedure for enabling Videos that do not show up on the site after there is an issue while recording:
Logged in as administrator, click on Videos Listing link:
Once the page opens you can check the status of the videos:
1. Check this box to select the disabled video
2. Here you can see the status of the video. The red “X” mark, indicates that the video is disabled
3. Click here and select from the drop-down menu to enable the video
Note: This list is, by default, organized in order of the most recently recorded to the oldest videos
Now go to front-end area of your solution and login into user’s account ( the user that lost the video). The video then should show up in My Videos list:
After the Upload Media menu tab opens, the user will have to click on the My Videos link:
