The administrator of the website can manually confirm the user’s account
In order to confirm a user account, the admin has to go to Users listing page and click on the new username of the new registered user. Once the Edit user page opens the admin can confirm the account:
After the admin confirms the user’s account and clicks the Save button, the user can log into his account
