About Groups Management

Your customer is the person (or company) that pays you for your goods or services. Your goal in business should be that these customers are satisfied and even delighted with what you have provided them. Satisfying your customers results in repeated business and referrals for new business.

That’s why we created Group Management to customize the needs of your customers.

Because a Streaming platform is a very complex system, we give you the opportunity to customize all user needs.

Using Group Management you can create as many groups as you want based on users category that you have and future users.

You can set a group that will automatically be assigned to new registered users or you can give them as upgrade to your users – the upgrade can be payed or not.

Also you can assign some features to each user in particular based on their needs.

In this chapter you can read about:

  • Groups Listing – in this page you can see all available groups and the actions the admin can perform.
  • Add New Group – in this page the admin can add a new group account.
  • Edit Group – in this page the admin can edit the group account details.
  • Groups Properties – in this page the admin can view and edit the properties of a group.

Click on the title of the page and it will open in a new tab.

Note: The upgrade page was design to fit with 5 packages which names are not very long; adding more than 5 packages may generate display issues and we recommend on adding smaller titles of the packages to better fit on the design
