Primary devices for premium channels

Streaming Platform offers hundreds of premium channels for users to subscribe to. In order to complete the activation of your channel subscription, you will need a primary device activated under your account.

Compatible Devices

  • Hisense Smart TV
  • Sharp Smart TV
  • Android TV
  • Roku (TV, box, and stick)
  • Amazon Fire devices (TV, stick, box, and tablet)
  • Apple TV (4th Generation)
  • nVidia Shield
  • Xiaomi MI box
  • LG WebOS Smart TV

To activate your primary device, log into the app with your Streaming Platform account. If you cannot find the application, try searching for Streaming Platform in the app store on the device.

Most Hisense and Sharp TVs will come with the app pre-installed. If you do not see it on your TV, you may need to search for it. Locate the app installer on your Hisense or Sharp TV and select the Streaming Platform logo to install Streaming Platform. You will then be able to login with your Streaming Platform account and activate your primary device.

Some older models of the TVs may not have the Streaming Platform Application installed, or the option to install it at all. If you do not see the Streaming Platform application in your app list or app installer, it may not be a supported TV and is not considered a primary device.

Non-Primary Devices

Once a primary device is activated under your account, you can use any of our compatible non-primary devices to watch content on the Streaming Platform app.

  • Mobile Devices and Tablets (iOS and Android)
  • Other Android Smart TVs
  • Opera TV
  • Chromecast
  • Apple TV
