View sold tickets on platform

Note: this section is related to Pay Per View optional module

Logged in your admin account, click on Tickets listing link, under Pay Per View menu:

Once the page opens you can view the sold tickets report from your system

Tickets distribution chart

1. Click here to show/hide the tickets distribution chart

2. Here you can view the daily sold tickets bar graph for the selected period of time

 

Search filters

1. Check this radio button if you want to view the report for a pre-selected period of time

2. From this drop-down you can select the pre-selected period of time for which you want to view the report

3. Check this radio button if you want to view the report for an exact period of time

4. Click here to open the calendar and select the start date for reports

5. Click here to open the calendar and select the end date for reports

6. From this drop-down menu you can select the user who bought the tickets

7. From this drop-down menu you can select the broadcaster who sold the tickets

8. From this drop-down menu you can select the media type for which you want to view the reports: events or videos

9. Click on the drop down list to select the place from where you have bought the tickets: web, roku

10. Click on the drop down list to select the type of tickets you want to view the report: purchased, granted or both

11. Click here to filter the reports for the inserted search criteria

 

Tickets transactions

1. Here you can see the selected time periods for which the transactions are listed

2. Click here to export the report into a CSV file format

3. Click here to view the print format of the report – it will be opened into a pop-up window

4. Click here to adjust the report options

5. Here you can select the tickets for which you want to request refunding

6. Here you can see the transaction listing number

7. Here you can view the ID of the ticket

8. Here you can view the status of the media

9. Here you can view the time when the ticket was sold

10. Here you can view the name of the media – by clicking on the name you will be able to edit the media details: event or video

11. Here you can view the type of the media

12. Here you can view the name of the broadcaster that sold the ticket; by clicking on it you can edit the user account

13. Here you can view the name of the user that bought the ticket; by clicking on it you can edit the user account

14. Here you can view the merchant type

15. Here you can view the price of the ticket

16. Here you can view the estimated transaction fee. This is a percent set by admin on Site Settings area

17. Here you can view the actual fee that the payment gateway took for this transaction

18. Here you can view the fee discrepancy – this is the difference from estimated transaction fee and actual fee. This fee is supported by the admin

Note: Fee represents the sum of the amount earned by Admin based on percentage set in Site Settings and Merchant (PayPal) fees.

19. Here you can view the net sale amount – this is the ticket price without the actual transaction fee

20. Here you can view the admin holdback fee – this is the fee percentage set by admin in Site Settings area

21. Here you can view the net income that the admin gains from the transaction

22. Here you can view the amount that the broadcaster receives for selling the ticket

23. Click here to grant user ticket – this option allows admin to give free tickets to users registered on the platform

24. Here you view the pagination index, the number of items found and you can select how many records you want to see displayed on the page

25. Click here to request refund for the selected tickets

Note: In tickets listing page the admin can see only the Tickets that were purchased (at least once) through the system merchant

 

Example

In picture above the video Bulls Game by Game has:

  • the ticket price of 7,50 $
  • the estimated transaction fee set by admin as 0.50$
  •  the actual fee of the merchant – 0.52$
  • the fee discrepancy (the difference between the actual fee and the estimated one) – 0.02$ – which is going to be paid by the admin
  •  the actual net sale (without the merchant actual fee )-  6.98$
  •  the admin holdback fee set by the administrator (in this case as 20%) – 1.50$
  • the admin actual net income, without the fee discrepancy – 1,48$
  • the broadcaster’s net income (without the merchant fee and the admin holdback) is 5.50$

Below we will explain the listed details for an event:

1. Here you can view the name of the channel to which the event is attached; by clicking on it you can edit the channel details

2. Here you can view the name of the event

3. Here you can see the day when the event was scheduled

4. Here you can see the hour when the event was scheduled

 

 

Calendar

If you click on the calendar icon, the pop-up calendar will open and you will be able to select the date:

1. Click here to view the month and year part and select the desired month and year

2. Click here to go to previous month

3. Click here to go to next month

4. Click here to go to current day

 

If you click on the arrow from previous point 1 (the arrow near year), you will be able to select the month and the year for the reports period

3. Click here to view the years before 2006

4. Click here to view the years after 2015

5. Click here to select the highlighted month and year

6. Click here to close the pop-up calendar

 

 

Export Reports

If you click on the Export link, a pop-up window will open and you will be able to download the reports into a CSV file format.

Printer Friendly Reports

If you click on the Printer Friendly link, a pop-up window will open with the reports listed so you can easily print the page.

Report Options

If you click on the Report Options link, a pop-up window will open and you will be able to manage the columns that will be listed on the reports page.

1. Check this box if you want to list the status of the media file

2. Check this box if you want to list the status of the sale time stamp – this option is set as enable by default and you can’t modify it

3. Check this box if you want to list the name of the media – this option is set as enable by default and you can’t modify it

4. Check this box if you want to list the type of the media

5. Check this box if you want to list the username of the broadcaster who sold the ticket

6. Check this box if you want to list the username of the viewer who bought the ticket

7. Check this box if you want to list the price of the ticket – this option is set as enable by default and you can’t modify it

8. Check this box if you want to list the estimated transaction fee for the ticket

9. Check this box if you want to list the fee for the ticket

10. Check this box if you want to list the fee discrepancy for the ticket

11. Check this box if you want to list the net sale price of the sale

12. Check this box if you want to list the admin holdback fee

13. Check this box if you want to list the admin net income

14. Check this box if you want to list the broadcaster net income

15. From this drop-down menu you can select to sort the reports by: media type, buyer, seller, purchase time, price, fee

16. Check this radio button if you want to list the reports in ascending mode

17. Check this radio button if you want to list the reports in descending mode

18. From this drop-down menu you can select how many rows will be listed on page

19. Click here to save the report options
