A PayPal user can check the subscriptions and all the payment transactions from Recurring Payments page:
Once the page opens the account owner can search for all the payments from your customers: subscriptions, automatically billed payments, installment plan payments
1. Click here to browse payments according to users profiles
2. Click here to browse payments according to users IDs
3. Click here to view the payments profile reports
Once the page opens you can see all transactions filtered according to your search criteria:
Notes:
1. If a subscription no longer appears listed, it means that PayPal has cancelled the subscription profile The subscription profile will need to be recreated for the subscription to continue.
2. When a broadcaster upgrades his account to a paid subscription/package, the payment for the first month is a direct payment (which is not part of the recurring subscription).
3. Due to no. 2, the recurring subscription will be setup to start automatically after this first month ends (in PayPal account, the subscription details will show the start date 1 month after the initial payment).
4. Paypal subscriptions for Streaming platform products are configured to automatically cancel after three failed payments. The admin should never click the collect balance button or reactivate a suspended subscription from the Paypal admin area, because Streaming platform is not designed to work this way.
5. Recurring payments may take some time until they are processed (from our tests processing status was from 5 minutes till ~ 1hour). This is related with Paypal transaction processing status and can not be controlled by our software application.
