With your TikiLIVE Streaming platform you will have the option to user one of the two pre-installed merchants: Authorize or PayPal
You can enable one or both merchants and the users will be able to select the desired merchant that they want to use in order to make the payment.
Important: No payment data is recorded on the TikiLIVE platform, all the data is processed directly by the merchant processor.
In order to implement the payment processors on your website, you have to be PCI compliant. Check below what you have to do for PCI compliance validation.
The payment card industry data security standard (PCIDSS) was established by the security service council (SSC) which is comprised of all major credit card brands (VISA, MasterCard ect.). The standard was created to ensure that everyone who process credit card information has taken steps to protect his or her customer’s payment card information. PCI compliance must be re-validated annually.
The standard is made up of 12 requirements, depending on your processing environment; those requirements are either fulfilled by you as a merchant or by a third part vendor or provider (TPV or TPP). Once it has been determined how credit card date is processed, each merchant will need to fill out one of the eight Self-Assessment-Questionnaires (SAQ). Please be aware that as soon as there is a change in how you process credit cards, the PCIDSS scope might change and a different SAQ might be applicable to you.
