When you are reporting an unexpected result with our software, please make sure you supply us each time all the following details:
- The testing environment – the platform/website you are using.
- The content in question – the name of the channel, video, radio channel, etc. you are having issues on.
- QOS Screen shot. See additional details in QOS module section.
- Server RAM Utilization. See additional details in Cacti reports page.
- MTR from problematic location. See additional details in How to use WinMTR details page.
Note: All these details are mandatory to be provided in the ticket where you report us the issue you are experiencing.
