Note: this page is related to PPV optional module
The admin has the possibility to grant users tickets to paid content. The admin can grant users tickets from PPV Content page or from Tickets Listing
If you click on Grant User Ticket link the following pop-up window will open and you can grant access to a desired user to the video (or event):
1. Click here to close the window
2. Here you can view the name of the channel (video) to which you want to grant the user access
3. Here you can view the price of the ticket
4. Type here the username or select from the drop-down menu the user which access you want to grant
5. Click here to cancel the grant access process
6. Click here to grant user access to this ticket
7. Click here to grant tickets to more users at the same time
If you selected to grant tickets to more users at the same time, the following pop up window will be displayed:
1. Here you can select the users you want to grant tickets
2. Click here to grant the tickets to the selected users
3. Click here to grant tickets to the same users who had access to a previous event
Note: this option can be used when you want to grant tickets for different events to the same group of users
If you selected to grant tickets to the same users who had access to a previous event, the following pop up window will be displayed:
1. Click here to select the event to which you have previously granted tickets to the same users
2. Click here to grant tickets to users who had tickets to the selected event
